“Hey everyone, part of our job at Flager Law is to explain and make our clients feel comfortable with the personal injury claim process.
First and foremost, following an accident, we want our client to get treatment and get better.
While you’re doing that, we’re opening claims with the insurance company, getting police reports, and doing any investigation. When you are better, we gather all of the medical records, put a demand package together, send that to the insurance company and try to negotiate the claim on your behalf. If we can’t settle the case at that point because they’re not offering enough money, then we may have to file a lawsuit. However, the majority of our cases are settled before a lawsuit is filed.
