Terms of Service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and any related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, and the arbitrator’s award will be final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will post any changes to these Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
